Advanced Combo
In this class students will learn ballet basics along with jazz and tap techniques. Beginning with using simple tap movements and combining steps into short combinations and routines. Going into to stretches to increase their flexibility, range of motion and to prevent injury. Students will learn basic ballet positions, exercises and proper technique at the barre. The jazz portion of class will focus on pirouettes, chaines, footwork combinations and introduction to leaps, jumps and floor work.
Advanced Tumbling
This class works on advanced tumbling moves such as front/back handsprings, back tucks and strength and conditioning.
Ballet (Pre- Ballet for ages 4-6)
This 1-hour class introduces basic dance and movement while using their imagination. Students are introduced to basic coordination and flexibility skills while beginning to learn the correct use of the legs and feet, as well as beginning French terminology. Students will learn basic ballet positions, technique, and floor exercises as they develop strength, grace, & flexibility. Ballet classes lay the foundation for all other dance styles.
Ballet (Primary for ages 7-8)
This 1-hour class reinforces the basic concepts learned in pre Ballet and gradually moves the students into the traditional ballet class format of barre, followed by center exercises. Moving in time with the music becomes more important, as well as memorization of ballet terminology. More complex combinations are given as students progress.
Ballet (ages 7+)
This 90-minute class reinforces the basic concepts learned in Primary Ballet and adds a stronger emphasis on technique. Barre progression includes more exercises for placement and strength. Ballet vocabulary is expanded and students begin to incorporate musicality into their work. Body alignment and muscle awareness will determine progress. This class will focus on positions of the arms, direction of the body and increased movement.
Ballet (teen)
This 90-minute ballet class is designed for the beginning and intermediate teen dancer. This class follows the traditional ballet class format of barre preceding center and across the floor exercises. Though a beginning class, it offers more complex combinations with a slightly faster pace while emphasizing correct placement and ballet terminology.
Beginner Tumbling
This class offers the basics of tumbling such as rolls, handstands and work on strength and flexibility.
Boys Hip Hop (4-6 yrs)
This class is perfect for boys that have high energy and love to do cool moves and tricks!

Combo (3-4 yrs)

Technique
This class focuses on technique in jazz, contemporary and lyrical dance. This class will also help dancers with their improv dancing and skills to perform.
Toddler and Me (18 months-3 yrs)
This 30-minute fun filled class introduces ballet, creative movement and tumbling skills to prepare them to take classes on their own. With parent or guardian at their side, we will work on improving motor skills, rhythm, taking turns and expressing their emotions!
